    Outstanding is "Outstanding" 

    Outstanding Heating & Air was recommended to me by a friend. When I contacted Trent Morris, Owner, I knew I had chosen the right company. Trent arrived within an hour to evaluate my heating problems and listened to my concerns regarding the comfort level within my home. I explained to Trent my house never felt warm in the winter or cool in the summer. I am the original owner of this 7 year old property. Trent knew right away what could be causing my problem and investigated the situation. Trent offered cost effective alternatives and worked within my budget and financial needs. Trent did not try to sell more than I needed. After installation of my new furnace/air unit, I am finally warm and comfortable for the first time! And I am sure I'll be cool this summer. Trent supervised the entire installation process. He wanted to make sure the installation went smoothly and efficiently. Prior to calling Outstanding, I had received quotes from a couple of other companies. I also had shared my heating and cooling concerns with these companies. It was obvious they just wanted to make a sale and didn't care about my concerns. Not only did Outstanding listen, resolve my concerns, but they also beat the lowest competitor quote by $2,000.00. I have shared my experience with friends and family. They know who they will be calling when in need of furnace/air repair or replacement. Thank you Trent and the Outstanding Team!

    This dealer is very professional. 

    In the past two years I had furnaces installed in two of our rental homes. A friend referred Outstanding Heating Air and I called them. Both times within a short time they came out and installed the furnaces and we have had no further problems. This year my home needed a furnace and I called them again. We were given a free estimate and all our questions were answered in a very helpful and professional way. Within a week they installed a Lennox furnace-A/C with new ductwork. I was very impressed with their work and how they covered their shoes and kept everything as clean as they found it. I absolutely love my new Lennox furnace with the new ductwork and the mini-tablet thermostat on the wall which is so easy to use. Their name Outstanding Heating Air fits their service and quality of work perfectly.

    Professionall, personable, prompt - their name is an understatement. 

    I had used Outstanding Heating and Air to service my old system for a couple of years - always satisfied with friendly knowledgeable Service reps. When my 15 year old outside unit's fan froze up the Service rep was there that afternoon and stayed into the evening to get it working again. I was the one to ask about the advisability of a new unit and wanted a quote. He had the sales manager come inspect the site to work up a quote. When he returned he presented several options and patiently answered my questions for over 90 minutes. I actually felt I was pushing for a higher end system and still within my budget. The installation was difficult but complete in one day. I am fully satisfied and have alread made a few recomendations with full confidence and without reservation.
